Who We Are

Roseanna Locke

Founder & CEO

LMFT #146752

I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from EMDR, CBT, somatic techniques, play and sand tray therapy, and emotion-focused interventions. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional regulation difficulties. I especially enjoy helping clients understand how past experiences can influence present-day emotions, relationships, and patterns. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences while developing practical tools for lasting change. Whether working with an individual, couple, or family, I focus on building strengths, increasing connection, and supporting meaningful healing.
